Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission is now open - Abstracts of a maximum of 250 words can be submitted online for consideration.

The deadline for abstract submission is December 15th, 2025 (Midnight Dublin, Ireland).

All abstracts will be reviewed after the submission deadline and the submitting authors will be notified of acceptance.

Abstract submission terms

By submitting an abstract, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.

• The submitting author is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract.

• The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors are included in the abstract submission and that the submission has been approved by all authors.

• The presenter of an accepted abstract is expected to register for the congress.  Failure to register on time will mean withdrawal of the abstract.
